The four basic steps include:

Pre-construction Consultation
A pre-construction consultation meeting with your Design-Build Team is held on your home site to discuss your vision.

Vision to Reality
During this phase, you will work closely with your Design-Build Team to create your custom home design. This phase will include multiple meetings - whatever it takes to provide you with plans for the home of your dreams. The length of time the design process takes varies depending on the size of the project and the information provided at the initial meeting.

Completed Home Design
At this point of the custom home building process are finalized. The permitting process begins. Construction costs are finalized.

Construction Begins
During this phase, watch your dream of custom home ownership become reality!
